Multi-Wing is a fast-growing, multinational company at the forefront of the ventilation and HVAC industry.With a strong focus on innovation, operational excellence, and sustainability, we serve a broad range of global clients with custom-engineered axial fans and components.Our culture is international, dynamic, and driven by continuous improvement.What You'll Be DoingIn this role, your primary focus will be theday-to-day management and optimization of warehouse inventory, combined with structured purchasing activities.Managing inventory levels to ensure material availability while maintainingminimal and optimized stock levels.Defining, monitoring, and continuously improvingminimum stock levels, reorder points, and safety stock logic.Planning and executingbatch purchasing strategiesto balance cost efficiency, lead times, and storage constraints.Creating, releasing, and managing purchase orders in line with inventory targets and production needs.Monitoring stock movements, consumption trends, and slow-moving or obsolete materials.Working closely with production planning, logistics, and purchasing to align inventory strategy with operational demand.Actively following up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and avoid stockouts or overstocking.Identifying opportunities forinventory optimization, cost reduction, and process improvement.Using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to manage inventory, purchasing workflows, and data accuracy (experience is a plus).What We're Looking ForWe are looking for ahands-on, structured, and analytical professionalwho enjoys working close to operations and taking ownership of inventory performance.RequirementsProven experience (3+ years) in inventory management, purchasing, supply chain, or similar roles within manufacturing or industrial environments.Strong understanding of inventory control principles (min/max levels, batch purchasing, stock optimization).High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (D365 is a strong plus).Nice to HaveExperience in warehouse operations or materials planning.Familiarity with component-based or electromechanical production environments.Exposure to lean or inventory optimization methodologies.What We OfferA permanent position in a fast-growing international company.A role with real operational impact and ownership over inventory performance.A dynamic, collaborative, and international working environment.Opportunities for professional growth and skill development.The chance to be part of a mission-driven company with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation.Ready to join Multi-Wing?Submit your CV and a brief cover letter explaining why you're a great fit for this role.#J-*****-Ljbffr
