Descrizione aziendaIl nostro cliente è una storica azienda italiana, con oltre 50 anni di esperienza nella progettazione e produzione di valvole industriali ad alte prestazioni.Opera prevalentemente su commessa, sviluppando soluzioni tecniche personalizzate per clienti attivi nei settori Energy, Oil & Gas e impiantistica industriale complessa.Lazienda offre un contesto tecnico strutturato e collaborativo, ideale per giovani professionisti interessati a sviluppare una carriera nel Technical Sales Proposal e nella gestione delle offerte tecnico-commerciali.PosizioneLa risorsa sarà inserita nel team Technical Sales Proposal e riporterà direttamente al Direttore Commerciale, collaborando in modo continuativo con ufficio tecnico, acquisti, produzione e logistica.Il ruolo è focalizzato sulla preparazione, analisi e gestione delle offerte tecnico-commerciali, fungendo da collegamento tra area tecnica, pricing e proposta commerciale.Responsabilità principaliGestire le richieste di offerta (RFQ / RFP) provenienti dai clienti;Analizzare le specifiche tecniche e commerciali;Preparare proposte tecniche/commerciali complete, accurate e strutturate;Redigere offerte tecnico-commerciali e condizioni contrattuali;Costruire il pricing di dettaglio per commesse e opportunità strategiche;Verificare la conformità tecnica e documentale delle proposte;Interfacciarsi con lufficio tecnico per la definizione delle configurazioni delle valvole;Coordinare i flussi informativi interni con acquisti, produzione e logistica;Inserire e controllare gli ordini cliente tramite ERP;Supportare le trattative commerciali e monitorare lo stato di offerte e ordini.Requisiti e competenzeCompetenze tecnicheConoscenza di base delle valvole industriali, preferibilmente valvole a sfera;Familiarità con il settore Oil & Gas, Energy o impiantistica industriale;Capacità di interpretare specifiche tecniche, datasheet e documentazione di gara;Esperienza, anche iniziale, nella redazione di offerte tecnico-commerciali;Conoscenza di un sistema ERP, preferibilmente SAP;Buona padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel.LingueInglese fluente, scritto e parlato, in contesto tecnico e commerciale.Competenze trasversaliPrecisione e attenzione al dettaglio;Approccio analitico e orientamento al risultato;Capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari;Interesse per ruoli di Technical Sales Proposal / Inside Sales tecnico.Sede di lavoroBellusco (MB)
