Company DescriptionFineco Bank is a leading European bank with a 20 years history and a fully digital DNA with a branchless approach since the start.Fineco is one of the banks with the widest products range available.We have developed a truly one-stop-solution which includes trading, investment and payment services.We have developed a 100% proprietary platform for trading and investment which covers all customer needs from trading listed and OTC product to investment product such as mutual funds and ETF.In addition to this we also offer banking and payment solution for domestic and international demand.PositionThe current role is available at both the Milan and Reggio Emilia office.As a member of Group Data Officer unit, the person will be in charge of :Organize, manage, implement and maintain the internal Data Governance program to ensure best practice and regulatory frameworks are followed;Align the Data Governance program to the enterprise strategy, both business and ICT, and ensure that data governance practices are embedded throughout company processes;Develop, update and maintain standards, policies and procedures to support the on-going implementation of the Data Governance program;Lead and organize the Data Governance Committee;Supervise on-going activities of data quality;Support the organization of meetings, coordination of the projects activity and reporting to SupervisorRequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science / engineering or Stem;Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements related to Data Governance topics;Extensive experience in Data Governance role leading a data governance program;Thorough understanding of BCBS 239, Bankit 285, Guidelines on RdarrSpecialist knowledge of Data Governance principles and practices (Business Glossary, Data Dictionary, Data Lineage, Data Quality);Ability to read, write and speak English (B2 or better);Ability to work with cross-organizational and cross-functional teams;Good problem solving skills and attention to details;Skilled at planning, tracking plans, working cross department, gathering and organizing documentation and results;Ability to communicate to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Other informationSede di lavoro : Milano (alternanza presenza in sede e smart working)Il Gruppo Fineco è orgoglioso di essere un Equal Opportunity Employer e si impegna a creare un ambiente di lavoro sicuro e inclusivo, fondato sul rispetto reciproco e la valorizzazione di qualsiasi diversità, offrendo pari opportunità di lavoro.Fineco "The Place To Be"#J-*****-Ljbffr
