Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting F&B Service Experts/chef de rang - Room service.Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, you will be responsible for delivering excellent Food & Beverage room service.This is a full-time position, working 5 nights per week with 2 days off.The estimated start date is January.About usLocated near the company.What you'll doTake food and beverage orders and enter them into the internal system (Infrasys)Make menu recommendations, handle special requests, and upsell when appropriateEnsure guests receive authentic, efficient, and attentive serviceCheck in with guests to ensure expectations are metSet up and prepare outlets for each service periodOrder and restock inventoryFollow Standard Operating Procedures and brand guidelinesComply with quality assurance standardsAdhere to all health, safety, and hygiene policiesRequired skills and competenciesService execution: ability to deliver accurate and timely F&B serviceProduct knowledge: understanding of menus, ingredients, and service flowProblem solving: ability to identify service issues and apply solutionsAdaptability: capability to work across different outlets and service formatsCommunication: clear and effective interaction with guests and team membersOperational accuracy: attention to detail in order taking and system
