This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Giovanni Teatino (CH), with no remote working option.In a context of strong growth and innovation, Circet Italia is looking for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) who will play a strategic role in managing information security and supporting the company's digital transformation.The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing a comprehensive IT security vision, working closely with various business functions to ensure the protection of data, infrastructures, and applications.Main Responsibilitiesdefine and maintain the cybersecurity strategy in line with international standards and applicable regulationscoordinate risk management, compliance, and IT audit activitiesimplement solutions for data protection, identity & access management, and incident responsecollaborate with operational sites to ensure consistency and alignment of security policiesmanage relationships with external vendors and technology partnerscontinuously monitor threats and vulnerabilities, proposing corrective actionsdrive the company's digital transformation and technological innovationoversee the IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, ERP, and internal applicationsdefine technological roadmaps and IT investment planssupport the General Management in strategic decisions related to technology and security.Requirementsmaster's degree in Computer Engineeringfluent in English (written and spoken)extensive experience in large, structured companies, preferably with operations across multiple locations.in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO *****, GDPR).expertise in IT governance and project management.experience in managing teams with multidisciplinary IT backgrounds (preferred).Key Skillsstrategic vision and the ability to anticipate technological trendsexcellent communication and interpersonal skillsoutstanding ability to mediate between business needs and technological constraints.This position is full-time based in San Giovanniatino (CH) and does not provide for remote working.Location: San Giovanni Teatino (CH).#J-*****-Ljbffr
