Instructional Designer, 2 Hour Learning (Remote) - $60,000/year USDJoin Crossover as an Instructional Designer to help transform the 2-Hour Learning model, which enables children to complete an entire academic day in two intensive hours while integrating AI-driven personalization.Base pay range$*****/hr - $*****/hr (equivalent to $60,000/year for 40 hours per week)What You Will Be DoingConstruct highly precise Academic Data Reports and perform methodical analysis to identify problems, detect irregularities, and initiate corrections within 48 hours.Facilitate urgent-response "intervention" calls and execute post-evaluation coaching to eliminate obstacles, distinguish comprehension deficits from mistakes, and sustain student engagement.Assess and deploy new educational applications and materials while architecting AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning methodologies and address particular obstacles.Coordinate with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances.What You Won't Be DoingAttend endless meeting cycles or deliver generic presentation materials with no visibility into actual results.Score assignments, create lesson frameworks, or administer conventional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach.Work exclusively at the strategic level without execution or become trapped in repetitive responsibilities; this position demands hands-on engagement and adaptability.Instructional Designer Key ResponsibilitiesAccelerate student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by improved indicators such as 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning behaviors across the Alpha Anywhere network.Basic RequirementsProven capability in data science or a comparable position, education, EdTech, or a student-support function combining analytical and interpersonal dimensions.Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering).High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and a kid-friendly coaching style.Experience building workflows and automations with AI.Nice-to-have RequirementsFoundation in learning science, educational principles, or documented achievement enhancing outcomes through data-driven strategies.Experience with Generative AI, prompting techniques, and basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs.About 2 Hour LearningEducation is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn't have to be.They're tearing down the outdated one-size-fits-all model and replacing it with AI-driven personalized learning that helps kids master academics in just two hours a day.Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position available immediately.The role requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.Compensation is $30 USD/hour, equating to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.Payment is weekly.#J-*****-Ljbffr
