Nsouli, Inspired is backed by investors such as Stonepeak, GIC, TA Associates, and the Oppenheimer and Mansour family offices.The Group is experiencing 20% per annum growth through acquisition, greenfield site expansion, and the development of existing schools within its portfolio.In ****, Inspired was recognised by Beauhurst as one of the UK's top 10 highest-value private companies.ROLE SUMMARY: The International School of Milan (ISM) is seeking committed and responsible Residential Monitors to join the Summer Camp team based at ISM in Baranzate for the full camp period from Thursday 25 June to Sunday 26 July **** (with arrival required on Wednesday 24 June for operational readiness).The ISM Summer Camp is a creative and educational residential programme combining learning, cultural experiences, excursions and evening activities.Reporting to theSummer Camp Deputies, and working closely with the Camp Director and wider camp team, the Residential Monitor will provide continuous pastoral care to boarding and day students, ensuring their physical, emotional and social wellbeing in a safe, structured residential environment.This is a residential role , with accommodation and meals provided on site.Staff work on a rotational and flexible timetable, including evening, late and overnight duties, and are expected to remain available on site outside scheduled hours in case of emergencies, except during designated day and night off periods.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide excellent pastoral care for boarding and day students, including safeguarding, wellbeing and discipline.Ensure students follow all boarding and school procedures, including sign-in/out, mealtimes, bedtime routines, medication and night-time procedures.Ensure students are never left unattended, including during off-site excursions.Collaborate closely with the Camp Director and Deputies and communicate any concerns immediately.Chaperone students on excursions, following all safety instructions and procedures.Support non-residential teaching staff during day camp activities when required.Be responsible for materials used during organised activities.Ensure areas used by students are kept clean, tidy and well organised.Work a flexible rota including evening duties, late duties and overnight boarding supervision.Be on call in the event of incidents, fire, intruders or other emergencies.Support first aid and health-related matters alongside the Camp Director, Deputies and camp nurse.Support arrivals and departures of campers, including welcoming families and assisting with airport transfers.Attend all mandatory training days, online planning meetings and staff meetings.Comply with all ISM policies, safeguarding procedures and health
