Job DescriptionGOSP provides shared services to the Group companies, with Head Office in Italy and branches in 7 European countries, a total staff of about ***** people.The Local Network department is responsible for managing and governing local network services at a European level, ensuring operational continuity, compliance with corporate guidelines, and process optimization.The unit interacts with other departments and internal stakeholders to define requirements and implement technological solutions.The resource will be responsible for the administrative management of contracts related to local network services, project governance, and European budget monitoring.Additionally, they will define guidelines and projects for the delivered services, collaborating with other departments and internal customers to gather requirements and configure the ServiceNow tool sections dedicated to the Local Network area.Main TasksAdministrative management of Local Network department contractsSupervision of project governance and delivery processesPlanning and monitoring of the European budgetDefinition of guidelines and projects for local network servicesInteraction with other departments and internal stakeholders to gather requirementsConfiguration and optimization of ServiceNow tool sections dedicated to service managementSupport for audit and compliance activitiesIssuance of purchase orders to suppliersRequirementsDegree in Economics, Management Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields3-5 years of experience in administrative/contract management and IT governanceKnowledge of IT service management tools (preferably ServiceNow)Skills in budgeting and financial analysisFluent English (mandatory), French is a nice-to-haveFamiliarity with international contexts and complex organizational structuresSoft SkillsAbility to work in a team and in multicultural environmentsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProblem-solving and results-oriented mindsetStrong organizational and prioritization skillsAttitude for cross-functional collaborationNotes / PreferencesWillingness to interact with teams distributed across multiple European countriesKnowledge of ITIL processes is considered a plusExperience in digital transformation projects and process optimizationCompany ProfileGenerali is a major player in the global insurance industry – a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.Over almost 200 years, we have built a multinational Group that is present in more than 60 countries, with 470 companies and nearly 80,000 employees.GOSP – Generali Operations Service Platform is a joint-venture between Generali and Accenture and provides IT and Procurement services to Generali Group companies.Our purpose is to accelerate the Group's innovation and digitization strategy through the Cloud and shared platforms.Based in Italy it has 6 branches across Europe and employs about ***** people.#J-*****-Ljbffr
