Location: Italy, Turin | Contract: Full Time Role Description:BSim is an international engineering partner for companies in the automotive, aerospace and other advanced manufacturing industries, with sites in Italy, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.With a combination of 1D multi-domain simulation software, CFD3D, Artificial Intelligence, Testing and engineering services, BSim focuses on areas like system dynamics, mechatronics and power consumption.With multi-domain solutions for thermal, hydraulics, electrical and mechanical system behaviour, BSim addresses the engineering challenges associated with intelligent system design.Department: Engineering / Presales and technical marketing supportContract type: PermanentLocation: Torino, Italy (availability to travel)We are looking for a motivated and proactive CFD 3D Engineer with strong skills in numerical analysis and fluid dynamics simulation.The selected candidate will play a hybrid role, combining engineering activities on customer projects with presales and technical marketing support for simulation software.The ideal candidate can apply advanced CFD simulation methods to solve complex engineering problems while effectively communicating the technical and commercial value of software solutions to customers and prospects.Main Responsibilities:Engineering and Projects- Perform CFD 3D analyses for complex systems (aerodynamics, thermo-fluid dynamics, heat transfer, etc.).- Define simulation setup, meshing, physical models, and boundary conditions.- Analyze and interpret results, preparing detailed technical reports.- Collaborate with other engineering and R&D teams to optimize products and processes.Software Presales- Support the sales team during presales activities by presenting the technical capabilities of CFD software solutions.- Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) and customized demos for clients.- Provide technical consulting to identify customer needs and propose the most suitable solutions.Technical Marketing Support- Contribute to the development of case studies, white papers, webinars, and technical content for promotional activities.- Participate in trade fairs, events, and industry conferences as the company's technical representative.- Support the creation of marketing materials based on real projects and analyses.Requirements:Education and Experience- Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Energy Engineering, or equivalent.- Practical experience (2–5 years) in CFD 3D simulation activities.- In-depth knowledge of CFD software (e.g., Simcenter STAR-CCM+, Ansys Fluent, OpenFOAM, or equivalent).Technical Skills- Strong expertise in fluid dynamics, thermal modeling, and multiphysics simulation.- Knowledge of pre- and post-processing tools for CFD.- Preferable experience with scripting/automation (Python, Matlab, or similar).Soft Skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.- Comfortable interacting with both technical and commercial stakeholders.- Mother tongue Italian and good command of written and spoken English.What We Offer- Opportunities for technical and professional growth in an innovative environment.- Continuous training on advanced simulation tools and methodologies.- Dynamic work environment with exposure to diverse projects and front-end customer activities.#J-*****-Ljbffr
