Per azienda cliente, primaria realtà multinazionale nel settore Assicurativo e Finanziario a Milano, impegnata nell'ideazione e ingegnerizzazione di soluzioni di frontiera in ambito Cloud, DevOps e Data-driven Infrastructure, siamo attualmente alla ricerca di una figura di Platform Engineer Manager.Responsabilità La figura si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Guidare l'evoluzione dell'architettura Cloud (AWS/Azure); Coordinare iniziative di cloud engineering progettando, implementando e mantenendo ambienti cloud sicuri e scalabili, ottimizzati per performance ed efficienza dei costi; Definire ed eseguire strategie DevOps, promuovendo automazione, sicurezza e adozione delle best practice nell'ambito dell'infrastruttura e del deployment applicativo; Progettare e implementare pipeline CI/CD e pipeline per il Machine Learning; Coordinare un team di 4-5 consulenti esterni (FTE) Profilo Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria del Software, Cloud Computing o discipline affini; Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ambito cloud engineering, platform engineering o DevOps, e pregressa esperienza di coordinamento (anche di piccoli team); Solida conoscenza degli ambienti cloud, preferibilmente AWS (Compute, networking, storage, sicurezza); Esperienza pratica con Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), inclusa la creazione di moduli, gestione dello state e automazione; Conoscenza approfondita della progettazione e implementazione di pipeline CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).Familiarità con i principi DevOps, strumenti di automazione e gestione della configurazione (Ansible, Helm, Kubernetes); Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese #LI-MC9
