HR People & Communication Specialist – Temporary ContractJoin HAVI, a global leader in end-to-end supply chain excellence, to shape an engaging employee experience.We value curiosity, creativity, and a passion for People & Communication.What You'll DoInternal & External Communication: Craft engaging messages and campaigns that connect our people and strengthen our brand inside and out.Employer Branding: Contribute to projects that showcase our culture and help HAVI become an employer of choice.Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment activities, from job postings to candidate experience, and onboard new hires during HAVI Days.Training Administration: Coordinate training sessions, manage schedules, and ensure everything runs seamlessly for employee development.Employee Engagement: Lead our annual employee survey process and related initiatives that keep the workplace vibrant and connected.HR Systems, Processes & Data Management: Keep our processes running smoothly on our people system SuccessFactors platform.What we're looking forEducation:A degree in Economics or Humanities – passion for People & Communication is key.Language:English at C1 level – confidence is essential in an international environment.Experience:At least 6 months in HR or related fields – ready to grow fast.Core:Curious, proactive, full of ideas.Passion for learning and connecting with people.Skills:A mix of precision and creativity – HR is about details AND great experiences.Attitude:Passion for People topics, positive mindset, drive to make an impact.You'll work in a dynamic, international environment where your ideas matter.This is your chance to grow, learn, and make a real difference in the People & Communication space#J-*****-Ljbffr
