innovation offering across B2C and B2B2C.In this role, your mission will be to connect Product, Market, and Community—shaping the narrative, validating new opportunities, and orchestrating the overall product experience to drive commercial impact and Talent Garden's brand positioning.ResponsibilitiesDefine and own product positioning and strategic narratives across the portfolio, strengthening Talent Garden's thought leadershipTranslate access to CTOs, founders, and innovators into high-impact editorial assets and original formats (audio, video, live)Lead AI-driven market analysis and product discovery to validate new opportunities before launch and ensure product–market fitUse advanced AI tools to analyze trends, competitors, and qualitative insights, accelerating decision-making on portfolio inclusionDesign and support campus-based formats and experiences that integrate learning products with physical spacesLeverage offline experiences as drivers for lead generation and brand awarenessBuild and execute customer lifecycle strategies aimed at increasing Lifetime Value (LTV) and long-term engagementActivate alumni as recurring customers and active members of the Talent Garden ecosystemOrchestrate go-to-market strategies for new launches and corporate special projectsCoordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Content, Tech) to deliver clear, compelling, and commercially effective value propositionsAbout youIdeally, you are a Product Marketing professional with a strong strategic and creative mindset, comfortable operating across product, marketing, and commercial teams, and able to connect vision with execution.On top of this, you:Have 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally spanning Product Marketing, Strategy, or coordination roles in Creative or Digital AgenciesBring a pragmatic, data-informed approach to decision-making and prioritization, using insights and evidence to focus efforts on the highest-impact opportunitiesShow strong proficiency in using AI not only for content creation, but as a research assistant to validate, analyze, and rapidly synthesize market insightsCombine analytical and creative thinking, feeling equally comfortable working with data to validate markets and opportunities, and with storytelling to build compelling product and brand narrativesAre execution-oriented, able to translate strategic vision into operational delivery, manage budgets, and measure ROIShow solid stakeholder management skills, aligning and guiding cross-functional teams and external partners toward shared objectivesAre fluent in both Italian (native level) and English, written and spokenAre based in Milan or able to commute there on a weeklyTools you'll work withYou will work with a mix of product marketing, analytics, automation, and content tools.Prior experience with tools such as Typeform, HubSpot, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Canva, workflow automation platforms (e.g. Zapier, Make, n8n), AI assistants (e.g. Gemini),
