ICT FINANCE EPM MANAGERAriston Group is a global leader in sustainable thermal comfort that offers a unique, extensive range of solutions for climate comfort, water heating and air handling, as well as components and burners.Listed on Euronext Milan since November ****, in **** the group reported over 2.6-billion-euro revenues, with over 10,000 employees, direct presence in 40 countries in 5 continents, 28 production sites and 28 research and development centers.Ariston Group has embarked on a Finance Digital Transformation program that is bringing radical innovation along the entire value chain.This program significantly changes business processes through the adoption of digital technologies, requiring new skills and experiences that blend business understanding and technical know-how.We are searching for an ICT Finance EPM Manager to contribute to the digital transformation of our company.The role, reporting to the ICT Director Finance, Treasury, Legal, Internal Audit & ESG, will be responsible for driving the evolution of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platforms, supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes in line with corporate standards and industry best practices.Key responsibilitiesLead the evolution of the of EPM / CPM platforms, leveraging Software Vendor updates and innovations to improve processes and system performance.Translate business requirements into effective functional and technical solutions, ensuring architectural consistency and long-term sustainability.Manage the full application lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.Coordinate external vendors, ensuring quality, compliance with standards, and adherence to timelines and budgets.Optimize existing solutions with a focus on efficiency, scalability, maintainability, and alignment with corporate standards.Support change management and user enablement, promoting adoption through training and communication.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a similar related field.5+ years of professional experience in leading EPM / CPM solutions projects, with a strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.Technical ExpertiseDeep knowledge of EPM / CPM modules (e.g., Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close,
