Job IntroductionWith a strong presence in Europe, Serco collaborates extensively with the European Space Agency (ESA), providing comprehensive services from earth observation data management to spacecraft control and flight dynamics.In collaboration with ESRIN, Serco has made significant contributions to various space missions.Our technical and scientific support has been pivotal in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of ESA's operations.By joining Serco's team at ESRIN, you will be part of a dynamic environment focused on innovation and excellence in space exploration and data management, contributing to ground breaking projects that shape the future of space technology.We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Control Support Specialist to join our Italian Office in Rome.Join a ground-breaking European project at the forefront of satellite technology and climate research.The Community You Will JoinJoin an international team at ESA-ESRIN in Frascati, where Serco supports some of Europe's most important Earth Observation programmes.You will work alongside experts who turn satellite data into real-world impact, helping ESA monitor our planet from space.The Difference You Will MakeYour work will help deliver satellite data to scientists, governments and organisations across Europe.Whether supporting daily operations or contributing to new missions, you will play a part in protecting our environment and shaping the future of Earth Observation.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Project Control Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:Preparing, administrating and monitoring of Project procurement actions (Contracts, Purchase Orders, etc.) within ESA SAP system (esa-p) or other tools as required.Support the preparation, maintenance and reporting on the overall programmatic aspects of the project/programmes activities.Support the preparation, maintenance and reporting on status of the project Cost At Completion, including annual cost plans and manpower planning.SkillsYour skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years of relevant experienceExperience with SAPProficiency in MS ExcelKnowledge of ESA procure to pay processKnowledge of project control methodsKnowledge of Milestone
