OverviewThe Amazon MGM Studios post team is shaping the future of digital video entertainment.Our mission is to build earth's most customer centric ad supported premium free video service and make it trivially easy for hundreds of millions of customers to enjoy.As a Post Production Coordinator for the US Unscripted, this individual will be responsible for tracking and facilitating the end-to-end workflows for the Post Production Management team across all genres of content.This will include attention to cost, quality, and time management on all series titles.The position will be responsible for working across multiple titles, and a high level of organizational and innovative thinking is required.The position will require working on multiple large-scale projects at a time and will involve working daily with internal and external partners.We are a quickly growing team with a large slate and seek candidates who are ready to jump in and learn by doing.The ideal candidate will be interested in growing beyond the role through mentorship and training.ResponsibilitiesSupport Post Executives in compiling, distributing, and collecting post production documents across multiple genres of contentFacilitate communication and set team meetingsSupport Post Executives in managing cuts distribution listsCompare bids across shows and update post budget templatesSupport Post Executives in organizing assets within the Post Asset Tracker and AirtableAssist with Post Team training and workshopsWork closely with other Post Coordinators to develop best practices for Post Management TeamBasic Qualifications2+ years of coordination, project management, asset operations or post delivery experience3+ years of coordination, project management, asset operations or post delivery experienceExperience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal3+ years of experience in physical production and post productionOrganized and with great attention to detailPreferred QualificationsExperience leveraging and improving internal toolsExperience with AirtableExperience with Content Sharing Platforms (Flow Capture, Pix, Media Silo)Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teamsInterested in growing beyond the roleExcellent time management and prioritization skillsEven-tempered, CollaborativeWillingness to travel as needed for show and team supportAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.Los Angeles County applicants: Job duties for this position include: work safely and cooperatively with other employees, supervisors, and staff;
