We are looking for a Senior Accounting Specialist to join our Administration team, with the goal of strengthening the company's accounting and tax management, actively contributing to process efficiency and regulatory compliance.Main Responsibilities:Analyze complex project contracts to assess their accounting and tax implications;Supervise and record incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;Manage year-end closing operations and intercompany reconciliations in collaboration with the Finance team;Process and record bank transactions and accounting entries;Support the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax obligations;Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company procedures.Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;Excellent knowledge of VAT regulations;Knowledge of Italian accounting standards (OIC);Good command of English (required);Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);Preferably familiar with accounting software, especially SAP;Teamwork skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage tasks independently.Workplace:Tarcento (UD)
