metricsA day in the lifeAs a Site Process Engineer, your day begins with analyzing performance data from previous shifts, quickly identifying areas needing attention.You'll spend time on the Fulfillment Center floor, observing processes firsthand and connecting with associates to understand their daily challenges.One moment you might be brainstorming with your team about implementing a new robotics solution, the next you could be leading a workshop helping operations leaders adopt best practices.Your problem-solving skills come into play as you tackle real-time challenges, while equivalent in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or a related fieldExperience in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineeringExperience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilitiesExperience in technical supportExperience in technical support, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilitiesExperience in technical support, or experience in managing and troubleshooting network and experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilitiesExperience with Lean or Six Sigma analytical techniquesExperience in data analysisExperience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or data entry/data administrationKnowledge of advanced English at CEFR level B2/C1Preferred QualificationsExperience in technical leadership for industrial engineering projects or programsKnowledge of Six Sigma tools, Lean techniques, PMP or similar standards preferredExperience with continuous improvement methods such as Kaizen, Lean, DMAIC, etc.Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExperience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable resultsExperience in logisticsExperience leading process improvementsExperience leading across multiple localesExperience in
