At Cooper Consumer Health, we're building a legacy.Are you ready to be part of it?Cooper Consumer Health is one of Europe's leading consumer healthcare groups, delivering trusted OTC solutions that empower healthier living every day.Our portfolio includes powerhouse brands such as Armolipid, Saugella, Mag2, Valdispert, Oenobiol, Excilor, Vitascorbol, Lashilé, Betadine, and many more.At Cooper Consumer Health, we combine the agility of entrepreneurs with the scale and ambition of an established leader.Just own it.We are entrepreneurs to make it happen.Choose to do it right : As our Global R&D Senior Specialist, you are self-starting, creative, open-minded, have an entrepreneurial mindset and love being challenged.You want to participate in different food supplement projects, want to be in contact with colleagues in different departments and across different countries and want to learn everything there is about new innovations in selfcare.Within your role you will be responsible for overseeing the development of new food supplement within a different area of treatment and geographies.You will work together with a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that each project meets its goals and deadlines.You are part of our Global Innovation team, working to support and expand our brands by bringing new marketing concepts to life.You will mainly work on Global Innovation Projects (New Products, Product Improvements) initiated / driven by Global marketing teams Will work in close collaboration with marketing teams to define and finetune final project briefing and discuss and align on required changes as part of the R&D work May also be involved in Life Cycle Management Projects Will formulate and produce food supplements in the laboratory on a small scale.Will be the interface with both internal and external CMOs – strong involvement in upscaling from lab scale to pilot / industrial scale.Will draw up technical data sheet where describe all the characteristics of the product Will work in close collaboration with medical team for set up of R&D clinical trials and review and analysis of existing data Will manage projects from beginning to end and ensuring that all details are taken care of Post graduate qualification in a science discipline or work related to the position would be an advantage.Professional English proficiency required.Ideally, the successful candidate will have chemical, manufacturing and control background in any dosage form with experience/knowledge in powder characterization, manufacturing and testing.Experience of working in a diverse, multi-cultural environment Demonstrates the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas, especially when facing complex challenges.Prioritizes actionable steps and feasible solutions over theoretical possibilities, ensuring that projects move forward efficiently and obstacles are overcome with sound judgment.Embraces change and adapts quickly to new situations or shifting priorities.Shows initiative and a willingness to take calculated risks, much like an entrepreneur.We offer a unique working environment where talent and ambition can develop to its fullest.
