Offering Associate, Real World Data

We are seeking an Offering Associate to join our Real World Data team.This role supports the Offering & Information team in developing and presenting new services for pharmaceutical clients leveraging IQVIA's extensive real-world data assets.You will work closely with Global Offering Managers, Sales, and R&D Data Scientists to enhance existing offerings and co-create new information-based services with potential global impact.Main responsibilitiesAnalyze complex proprietary IQVIA databases to uncover pharma market dynamics and identify innovation opportunitiesMonitor and interpret internal and external data to generate actionable business insightsSupport commercial activities and client engagement with a strong focus on data and insightsAssist in preparing client presentations and materials for offering developmentCollaborate with clients to resolve data-related or offering-related issuesPartner with R&D teams to support the development and automation of ML solutions using RWD healthcare big data (e.g. physician and patient-level data)QualificationsMasters Degree in Economics/Statistics (STEM) or relevant field with curiosity for the Healthcare-related sector1 year of relevant experience in corporate or consulting companiesNice to have some programming skills (e.g. R, Python, SAS)Strong communication skills and commercial mindsetFluent in Italian and English (speaking and writing)Pharmaceutical experience/knowledge will be considered a plusAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clientsLocation: Milan, Italy (hybrid)Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.We create intelligent connections to accelerate the development and commercialization of innovative medical treatments to help improve patient outcomes and population health worldwide.Learn more at [link].Key skills: Business Development, Computer Science, Crane, Accounting, Computer Engineering#J-*****-Ljbffr
