Callegari S.r.l., operante nel settore elettro-medicale e beauty ricerca un product specialist for after sales per l'estero.I compiti e le responsabilità richiesti alla risorsa saranno i seguenti:Garantire l'assistenza telefonica ai clienti in caso di problemi o richieste di delucidazioni nell'utilizzo dei prodotti Callegari con relativa registrazione sui sistemi informatici aziendali.Fornire informazioni tecniche su prodotti e servizi.Effettuare e curare l'addestramento dei clienti su tutti i prodotti.Collaborare con il reparto Sales per l'effettuazione di presentazioni di prodotto.Collaborare con il reparto tecnico e marketing per migliorare i prodotti e servizi.Raccogliere feedback dei clienti.Partecipazione a fiere e congressi (come visitatore/ espositore/ relatore).COMPETENZE GENERICHE:- Conoscenza pacchetto Office- Competenze informatiche generali: email, navigazione web, live chat, videoconferenze online- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese- Almeno due anni di esperienza nel ruolo o ruoli similiSOFT SKILLS:- Capacità di ascolto e attenzione- Problem solving- Orientamento al risultato- FlessibilitàTIPO DI CONTRATTO:contratto a termine di 12 mesi
