Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.About the RoleAs an HR Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be part of a dynamic and international organization, supporting the Talent Acquisition and HR team across Colgate-Palmolive and Hill's Pet Nutrition. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employer branding, and HR operations, working closely with HR professionals on both daily activities and strategic projects.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition SupportSupport end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling) for Colgate-Palmolive and Hill's Pet NutritionAssist the HR team in initiatives and projects related to Talent Acquisition (implementation of new tools, processes, and procedures)Manage Talent Acquisition administrative activities, including:candidate database maintenancePreparation of reports and dashboardsInternship activation processesHR Projects & Employer BrandingWork closely with the HR team to plan and execute HR events and initiatives such as onboarding sessions, employee engagement activities, training eventsContribute to employer branding activities aimed at attracting top talent (e.g., university events, career fairs, online campaigns)Coordinate the internship program, supporting interns and managers throughout the internship lifecycleWhat We Are Looking ForEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Law, or related fieldsLanguages: Fluent in Italian and English (both spoken and written)Experience: Previous internship or experience in a Human Resources department is a plusSkills:Strong communication skills and strong organizational skills and attention to detailConfident user of Google Workspace tools(Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs)Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a multinational environmentAvailability: Full-time availability is requiredStart Date: February ****Location: Rome OfficeDuration: 6-month internshipVISA NOT SPONSOREDOur Commitment to InclusionOur journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
