Per importante realtà multinazionale operante in un contesto strutturato e internazionale, ricerchiamo un/una Head of Finance.Condurre analisi finanziarie approfondite.Offrire consulenza finanziaria strategica al Team su decisioni di business, investimenti, sviluppo costi, valutazioni di redditività per clienti, canali e territori.Assicurare la conformità dei processi locali e supportare la standardizzazione e l'armonizzazione dei processi finanziari secondo le linee guida corporate.Guidare lo sviluppo strategico e la gestione operativa della funzione di controlling.Gestire i rischi finanziari e contribuire a progetti strutturali di finance con impatto su costi e conto economico.Gestire e sviluppare il team FP&A.Laurea in Economia o discipline affini, preferibilmente con specializzazione in Finance.~3–4 anni di esperienza in ruoli multinazionali e complessi, con responsabilità su più Paesi.~ Solide competenze in ambito Finance e nella gestione di progetti.~ Ottime competenze comunicative, incluse eccellenti abilità in lingua inglese.~ Disponibilità alla mobilità e alla collaborazione in contesti internazionali (short e long term assignments).~ Ruolo chiave nel processo decisionale e nella gestione finanziaria.
