We are not only doing business, but also dedicated to realising the career of change from a copier to a world's leading innovator in HVAC/R industry.As a Sales Assistant / Sales Specialist at Entalpia Europe, you will be responsible for driving the initial stages of the sales process for us and assisting and cooperating well with our Sales Team. Your primary goal will be to identify potential new business customers, generate leads, set up appointments and nurture the pipeline working closely with the Sales Team, Operations and Logistics to ultimately close the deals. This is an incredible opportunity to join a mission-led and sales driven sales team, and a clear career route to develop yourself into a Regional Sales Manager role.Key Responsibilities:Support the Sales teams with developing new sales opportunities and generating leads based on the assigned customer base or territory.Follow up with prospects via email and calls to create a sales opportunity for the sales teamCreate follow-up appointments for the sales team to advance the customer to the next step in the sales processWork closely with the marketing, sales, customer services and operations team to ensure a positive customer experienceMaintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM/Odoo/SAP system.Collaborate with our sales team to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.Working closely with the operations and logistics teams to control products stock including cancelled orders, national stock, and production pipeline for the delivery visibility.Monitor and report on key performance metrics to ensure that targets are met and exceeded.Provide regular feedback to management on lead quality and sales development processes.Key Experience/ Skills:Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAbility to develop and grow client relationshipsExperience of working to and achieving KPIs and Targets.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with CRM/SAP/ODOO software and sales toolsFluency in English and German both written and spokenLegally work &Resident permit is must.ICOOL is an equal opportunity employer and encourages workforce diversity.
