The Company The company headquarters is located in Bolzano, Northern Italy, at the plant formerly owned by Lancia, a renowned manufacturer of industrial vehicles founded in **** and incorporated into the Iveco Group in ****.Iveco Defence Vehicles boasts an independent internal structure entirely dedicated to research and development, with full access to the company's extensive engineering resources.Role SummaryWe are looking for an ERP (preferably SAP) Specialist to join our IT Manufacturing, Logistics & Supply Chain team.You will be a strategic focal point for the development and management of SAP processes, supporting the production of land vehicles in a highly complex and evolving environment.This role requires a deep understanding of industrial processes and the ability to work on multiple fronts, from demand management to project Quality Assurance.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP Process Management: Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end ERP processes, covering project-based manufacturing, make-to-stock, make-to-order, engineering-to-order, and spare parts production.Integration and Connectivity: Manage integrations between different SAP landscapes (Italy, Europe, Latin America) and external platforms, such as supplier portals, factory systems (MES and WMS), and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) analytics platforms.IT Lifecycle Management: Govern the entire IT service lifecycle for your areas of expertise, from demand and project management to Quality Assurance and the governance of application maintenance.Technical Collaboration: Work closely with other IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration with platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other business applications, providing cohesive and high-performing solutions.Qualifications & SkillsProfessional Experience: Proven experience as an ERP specialist with a solid knowledge of SAP modules related to manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain processes.ERP Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, with strong expertise in SAP MM, SD, PP, and WM modules.Knowledge of other ERPs like Oracle ERP Cloud or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.Project Management: Proven experience in managing IT projects.Language Skills: Fluency in both Italian and English.Knowledge of German or Portuguese is a plus.Soft SkillsCustomer-Oriented: A service-oriented approach and the ability to communicate at all levels across the company.Teamwork: A proactive attitude towards teamwork within an international and distributed network.Agility and Decisiveness: The ability to keep things simple and act quickly and decisively.Growth and Adaptability: A continuous learning mindset and the ability to introduce change and lead IT transformation projects.Emotional Intelligence: Strong integrity, professional ethics, and emotional intelligence.
