HR Organization Specialist, Italy Join to apply for the HR Organization Specialist, Italy role at IONAbout UsWe are a community of visionary innovators, dedicated to providing pioneering software and consultancy services to financial institutions, trading firms, central banks, governments, and corporations around the world.We strive to simplify the way people work.We do that by providing workflow and process automation software, as well as providing real-time data and business intelligence to help people make better decisions.We are 13,000+ employees, operate globally with 80+ global offices, and serve over 4,800+ customers worldwide.Learn more at iongroup.com.Your RoleYour key duties and responsibilitiesDesign and maintain organizational structures to support business objectives and workforce planning.Collaborate with HR Business Partners and management to analyze staffing needs and optimize team configurations.Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and role redefinition.Develop and update job descriptions and competency frameworks in line with company standards.Monitor headcount, organizational charts, and reporting lines to ensure accuracy and compliance.Provide data-driven insights and reports on organizational effectiveness and workforce distribution.Provide cross-functional support to management in drafting company policies.Define standards for business processes and oversee the updating and implementation of these processes.Assist in implementing HR policies and processes related to organizational design and talent management.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of organizational projects and initiatives.Stay informed on best practices and trends in organizational development and HR strategy.Other Duties: We might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands.Your Skills, Experience, And Qualifications RequiredMaster's degree in engineering or a quantitative field (preferably with honors)Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English languageProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office toolsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work well within a team and relate effectively with all levels of organizationExcellent organizational skills and high attention to detailAbility to identify, represent and optimize business processesStrong analytical mindset and excellent data representation skillsAptitude for using HR/Organizational Information SystemsWith a "get things done" attitude you can prioritize, support, and track multiple tasks successfully while meeting deadlines in a constantly changing environmentAvailability to travel to the company location in Emilia Romagna on a weekly basis.What We OfferPermanent employment contract.LocationMilan, Parma.Important NotesAccording to Italian Law (L.*****) please note that candidates from the disability list will be given priority.#J-*****-Ljbffr
