Are you ready to bring your actuarial expertise to a forward-thinking team at Zurich?We are looking for a Senior Non-life Retail Pricing Actuaryto help shape innovative pricing strategies in our Italian Retail Pricing office.If you're passionate about statistical analysis and want to make a real impact in the Motor insurance sector, this is your chance to grow your career with a leading global insurer.Business Unit:Italy, MilanOffice:Retail PricingDepartment:CUORequired Experience:Degree in Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, or Physics.About the Role:Join our dynamic Retail Pricing team, where you'll play a key part in shaping non-life insurance pricing strategies, with a strong focus on Motor products.You'll apply your analytical expertise throughout the entire pricing cycle, from data preparation to price optimization.What You'll Do:Prepare and transform data (ETL) for analysisBuild predictive models to support pricing decisionsPerform in-depth statistical analysisSupport the development of our Technical Model PriceContribute to rates, rating plans, and portfolio pricing strategiesDevelop insightful reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs)Optimize pricing to deliver the best value for our customers and the businessWhat You'll Bring:Good written and spoken English3–5 years of actuarial pricing experience in non-life insuranceStrong mathematical and analytical skills, supported by your degreeProgramming experience in SAS, Python, or RProficient in Microsoft Excel (VBA knowledge is a plus)Experience with WTW Emblem and Radar softwareA collaborative, team-focused approachProblem-solving skills and a proactive attitude#J-*****-Ljbffr
