We are a leading professional services company with 20+ years of expertise in digital strategies, technology consulting, and software development.Our track record includes delivering complex solutions for major worldwide organizations, particularly in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.We're looking for an exceptional Chief Technology Officer to lead our technical vision and drive innovation across our digital health platform.About the RoleAs our CTO, you will be responsible for :Defining and executing our technical strategy and architecture visionLeading and mentoring our engineering teamMaking critical decisions on technology stack, infrastructure, and scalabilityTranslating business requirements into robust technical solutionsEstablishing best practices, standards, and governance across development teamsBalancing hands-on coding with strategic leadershipRequired Experience12+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in technical leadership or architecture rolesDeep expertise in full-stack development (frontend and backend technologies)Proven ability to design and implement complex, scalable systemsStrong foundation in core technologies :Backend : Node.js, Java, or similar enterprise frameworks (NestJS, SpringBoot)Frontend : React, Angular, or equivalent modern frameworksDatabases : SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch)DevOps & Infrastructure : Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platformsVersion Control : Git and modern development workflowsExperience in healthcare or regulated industries is a strong plusFluent English (written and spoken);Italian is a plusNice to HaveExperience with AI / ML integration and large language models (LLMs)Data science capabilities (Python, pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow)Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools (ELK stack, etc.)Agile / Scrum methodology and project management toolsOpen source contributions or technical thought leadershipWhat We OfferThe opportunity to shape technology strategy for a growing organizationLead and develop a talented engineering teamCompetitive salary package commensurate with experienceFlexible working arrangement : primarily office-based in Velletri (RM), Italy, with remote work opportunitiesBusiness contract tailored to your needsStandard working hours (9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM, with 1-hour lunch break)Collaborative, ambitious, and innovative team environmentHow to ApplyIf you're passionate about building scalable technology solutions in digital health and ready to make an impact at the leadership level, please send your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your vision for technical leadership.We'll be in touch promptly with next steps.#J-*****-Ljbffr
