MX Business Planning & Controlling SpecialistJoin to apply for the MX Business Planning & Controlling Specialist role at Samsung Italia.Job PurposeThe candidate will join the business controlling and reporting office that operates in the MX division (Mobile Experience), being in charge of part of budget planning processes and reporting of sales & marketing activities and achievement progress by channel, clients and sales accounts.He/she will also supervise the status against the targets and will be involved in special analysis and simulation.He/She will be in contact with many reference points (mainly in Sales & Marketing Departments) with the opportunity of developing robust relationships to facilitate alignment, problem solving and data processing and providing in addition with strong business partnering to all functions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Top Management and Division with detailed analyses about business context and trendsPrepare dashboards (weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly) and analyse the main Division KPI sharing results with Top ManagementGive support to monitor the maintenance of internal databases and collaborate to download data by account/model/distribution channelSupporting the team by supervising internal procedures and share quarterly activity list to Sales administration for dealsheet creationReport about SD/Net SD investment by product and channelSupporting the team in the forecasting monthly process and pre-closing monthly processPerform continuous variance analysis on key business metrics (Sales, investments, by Channel, Account and product)Advice Business unit in all matters relating to sales and financial planning, control and ensure process guidance and critical assess, as well as areas of opportunitySupport project management local team in the elaboration of Innovation business caseQualifications / RequirementsEducational Background: University Degree, preferably in Economics or Management EngineeringProfessional Background: 3 - 5 years' experience in controlling or business analysis rolesConsolidated skills in planning and reportingLearning agility and organizing skillsComputer Knowledge: Advanced Excel and PowerPointLanguage Knowledge: Good written and spoken EnglishOther: Relational and proactive skills, analytical mind-set and precision, goals oriented, willing to learn and work in a very competitive and demanding environment.High flexibility and multitasking, ability in dealing within a challenge environment and working under pressure.Familiarity with numbers, business acumen and strong communication skillsBenefitsHybrid workingAccess to discounts on a wide range of Samsung productsWellness and well-being benefitsTraining portalsTickets RestaurantWe are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our Company.We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status or disability status.For more information about privacy, visit Milan, Lombardy, Italy.Salary: €70,******-€80,******.#J-*****-Ljbffr
