Cerchiamo un Performance & Growth Manager , la persona che prenda in mano il Marketing sviluppando e ottimizzando i canali di acquisizione che permetteranno alla startup di crescere.Le principali attività saranno:Sviluppo strategico: Definire e implementare strategie complete di acquisizione utenti e performance marketing su vari canali (es. Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).Gestione budget e ROI: Monitorare, gestire e ottimizzare i budget di marketing per massimizzare il Ritorno sull'Investimento (ROI) e il Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).Analisi dati: Utilizzare strumenti di analisi (es. Google Analytics, piattaforme di Business Intelligence) per interpretare i dati, identificare trend e fornire insight attuabili per migliorare le performance.Ottimizzazione del funnel: Lavorare sull'intero funnel di marketing, dal tasso di conversione (CRO) delle landing page all'ottimizzazione del percorso utente.Reporting: Predisporre report regolari e dashboard chiari sulle performance delle campagne e sullo stato degli obiettivi di crescita (KPI/OKR).Sede di Milano, opportunità fullremote.
