Unox – HR Recruiter (#*****)Location: Campodarsego, Padova, Italy.Full-Time.Human Resources.Apply.Main responsibilitiesFull-cycle recruitment management: overseeing the entire selection process, from job posting and resume screening to conducting interviews.Active candidate sourcing: utilizing recruitment channels, internal databases, and professional social networks (LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify profiles aligned with business requirements.Staffing agency management: coordinating with external recruitment partners for permanent and temporary staffing, while monitoring the progress of delegated selection processes.Talent Acquisition at Career Days: actively participating in university career fairs to identify top talent, map skills, and build a consistent candidate pipeline (Talent Pool).RequirementsLanguage Proficiency: fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken).Note: selection process includes a dedicated language assessment via telephone.Experience: at least 1 year of experience in Recruitment and Selection activities.Additional Languages: proficiency in French is considered a strong plus.Education: bachelor's or Master's Degree (preferably in Humanities, Psychology, or Economics) with strong motivation and keen interest in HR trends.Organizational Skills: excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, result-oriented mindset.Proactivity: a proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.Public Speaking: exceptional public speaking and presentation skills.Stress Management: proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Junior (2-5 years)What Unox offersWork-Life balance initiatives.Company canteen.Personal and family welfare.Health insurance & welfare programs.Mentorship & coaching.Career growth & training programs.Diversity & inclusion policies.Team building activities.Agreement with the company canteen.The job position is open to candidates of all genders and gender identities, in compliance with current equal opportunity regulations.#J-*****-Ljbffr
