The Sales Associate works together with other sales associates and Store Management to reach the selling objectives and develop a high-quality relationship with the clients, and promote the brand Emilio Pucci.Main activities and responsibilitiesSales and customer serviceManage to achieve sales goals set by the Store ManagerContribute to a "top level" customer service, in all aspects, to meet effectively any request of clienteleCollect, gather and analyse CRM data to leverage the existing client databaseDevelop retail excellence behaviours such as personal relationships with customers, individual follow-up of the clientele, after-sales quality issues, selling ceremony...Visual Merchandising and ImageContribute to display set-up for windows and interiors, following and executing meeting guidelines communicated by Visual Merchandising ManagerRespect carefully the behaviours expected in the Store in terms of dress code, standing, customer approach, selling ceremonyPromotion and product knowledgeSupport the promotion campaigns in the store (special events, Press presentations, ...) to develop the brand, the store and the collections on a local levelMaintain an excellent knowledge of the products and collections by taking part to special trainings organised by the Store Management and the Buying departmentDevelop a very good knowledge of the Luxury market and competitorsOrganization and stock managementContribute to controlling and managing the stock, respecting the guidelines of the MaisonPerform all requested tasks related to daily Store's operations (petty cash, bank accounting, opening and closing financial procedures, small maintenance, etc.) together with the Store ManagerRequirements1-2 years of selling experience in Luxury/Fashion industrySelling experience in RTW and accessoriesExcellent selling and communication skillsPermanent care to details and result-orientedPositive attitude and reliable behaviourComputer skills and retail management system knowledgeFluent English and Italian (any other foreign language is a plus)Please note: As this is a seasonal opportunity, interested candidates are advised that the fixed-term contract is expected to commence between March and April **** and will conclude in October ****.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeTemporaryJob functionRetail Apparel and Fashion#J-*****-Ljbffr
