The Global Head of Brand & Communication will oversee local teams and drive initiatives that strengthen the brand's market positioning through creative and impactful campaigns. A key focus of the role is to ensure that Insparya's brand identity is maintained across all patient touchpoints, fostering brand recognition, loyalty, and clear identification of target audiences and personas.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the global brand strategy, ensuring consistency in Insparya's image and messaging across all markets.Lead and coordinate brand and communication teams in each country, ensuring effective local execution and market-specific adaptations.Supervise the creation of branding materials, including digital content, advertising assets, and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the brand's visual and verbal identity.Design and launch global campaigns that reinforce Insparya's positioning and enhance international brand recognition.Monitor and analyze the performance of brand and communication initiatives, adjusting strategies based on results to maximize impact.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an integrated and coherent approach to all communication efforts.Lead rebranding initiatives when necessary, adapting the brand image to evolving market challenges.Ensure consistent application of Insparya's visual and verbal identity across all platforms and communication materials.Develop and maintain brand communication guidelines, ensuring adherence by all teams and partners across geographies.RequirementsAcademic background in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related fields.Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in brand and communication management, with a strong international component.Proven leadership skills to manage multicultural and multidisciplinary teams across multiple countries.Experience in developing and executing global campaigns, with deep knowledge of branding and identity management.Strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data and outcomes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and consistent brand narratives.Availability to travel internationally and manage teams and projects across different locations.Core CompetenciesCommunication: Clearly and effectively convey information, both verbally and in writing, facilitating mutual understanding and collaboration.Teamwork: Ability to collaborate harmoniously and productively with others, contributing to common goals and supporting colleagues.Integrity: Uphold high ethical and moral standards, being honest and transparent in all actions and decisions.Innovation: Ability to think creatively and introduce new ideas and solutions.Why you should join InsparyaJoin a fast-growing international group with a multicultural team, offering professional development opportunities.Develop skills in an innovative and high-demand sector, with access to best practices and the latest trends.Contribute to the well-being and self-esteem of our patients in a positive and dynamic work environment.We look forward to discovering your talent
