Customer Onboarding and Success Manager (Italian) - Relocation in DublinRome, Metropolitan City of Rome Capital, ItalyJob Openings Customer Onboarding and Success Manager (Italian) - Relocation in DublinAbout the job Customer Onboarding and Success Manager (Italian) - Relocation in DublinGrow-Talent.com is searching for an Italian speaking Customer Onboarding and Success Manager, to join our client's team in Dublin.Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, outsourced partner enablement, and outsourced customer success team.Position: Customer Onboarding and Success ManagerHybrid from Dublin (3/2)Employment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary + bonusDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and maintain strong partner relationships within your designated territory.Manage accounts directly to consistently surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.Analyze data to uncover strategic opportunities and implement data-driven strategies to drive sales growth.Onboard new, high-quality suppliers within your assigned region.Stay well-versed in technical integrations with software partners to offer effective support to clients.REQUIREMENTS:Native or fluent in Italian (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.1-2 years of experience in account management, partner support, technical support, customer experience, customer success, or sales.Demonstrated success in consistently surpassing goals and targets.Experience with online marketplaces or SaaS platforms is a plus.Proven ability to effectively manage a pipeline of leads or a book of business.Proficient in CRM software, particularly in managing leads and opportunities.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply data to drive informed decision-making.Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.Comfortable working at both strategic and tactical levels in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.Ability to meet tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and balance short-term goals with long-term initiatives.OFFER:Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performanceBe part of a dynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphereGuidance and tools to reach career potentialComprehensive healthcare coverageCareer development opportunities and tuition reimbursement#J-*****-Ljbffr
