Una primaria società di ingegneria, con consolidata esperienza nei settori dell'architettura, urbanistica e ingegneria civile, operante in Italia e all'estero, ricerca unIngegnere Strutturista Seniorper assumere un ruolo chiave all'interno del team tecnico.Ruolo e responsabilitàLa risorsa assumerà il ruolo di Associate Director del Settore Strutture, con riporto diretto all'Amministratore Delegato, e sarà punto di riferimento interno per gli ingegneri occupandosi di:Interfaccia diretta con l'AD per definire strategie e priorità del settoreCoordinamento con la Direzione Tecnica e CommercialeSupervisione delle attività di progettazione e direzione lavori specialisticaOrganizzazione del team tecnico per garantire il rispetto di priorità e obiettiviControllo delle attività operative e gestione delle commesseInterfaccia tecnica con gruppi di lavoro interdisciplinari esterniLaurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Civile (preferibilmente con indirizzo Strutture)Iscrizione all'Ordine degli IngegneriEsperienza minima di 10 anni in progetti pubblici e privatiFamiliarità con normative tecniche per progettazione strutturale in calcestruzzo armato, acciaio e legnoCompetenza nell'uso di software di modellazione strutturale (preferibile esperienza con Midas, Tekla Structures)Capacità nella redazione di progetti e direzione lavori strutturali in diversi ambiti (civile, alberghiero, sportivo, industriale)Esperienza nell'implementazione di processi BIMProblem solving e autonomia decisionaleLeadership e capacità di coordinare team di lavoroGestione delle commesse sotto il profilo tecnico e commercialeOpportunitàLa posizione offre la possibilità di crescita fino al ruolo di Direttore Tecnico del Settore Strutture.LocationMilano, ItaliaSettoreIngegneria strutturale#J-*****-Ljbffr
