Are you eager to take your career to the next level?If yes, we encourage your application for Outside Sales Engineer roleIn this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships and bookings, within Emerson organization, with our current and prospective clients, identifying new opportunities for value creation within assigned accounts, and understanding the specific needs and challenges of various stakeholders within those accounts.By joining us as an Outside Sales Engineer in Seregno, this role can be a strong foundation for your future career within Emerson.We encourage advancement and offer tangible development opportunitiesIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Developing and maintaining a solid understanding of available market and business opportunities and across all types of customers within the agreed sales territory;Continuously maintaining the high effectiveness of ongoing Sales Activity by utilizing consistent planning and execution processes and methodologies;Identifying new and actively engaging with existing customers in the dedicated sales territory by promoting product features and deploying the sales skills and technical knowledge;Maintaining and retaining the customer's base in the dedicated sales territory by developing, aligning and supporting the relations between all levels of Emerson's and Customer's organizations.Mapping out the key stakeholders within customer organizations, understanding their roles, responsibilities, and influence, and building relationships between them and the various Emerson sales personas.Presenting and differentiate tailored solutions to stakeholders, demonstrating how our products can meet their specific needs and solve their problems.Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned accounts from lead to PO, focusing on maximizing the potential of our product portfolio, including filling whitespace and generate new demand for our products and services.Working closely with Inside Sales team and other Business Unit team to ensure high quality customer conversations.Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market demands.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all
