Senior Project Development Manager – Eolico, Solare e BESS – Italia – Ottimo stipendio + Bonus + Sviluppo di carrieraUn importante sviluppatore e produttore indipendente di energia (IPP) di progetti di energia rinnovabile su larga scala sta espandendo la sua presenza in Italia.A seguito di investimenti significativi e di una pipeline in crescita di progetti eolici, solari e di accumulo di energia a batteria (BESS), l'azienda è alla ricerca di un Senior Project Development Manager esperto per supportare l'implementazione della sua strategia di crescita nazionale.Il ruolo:Il Senior Project Development Manager sarà responsabile dell'intero ciclo di vita dei progetti di energia rinnovabile in tutta Italia, dall'identificazione del sito e dagli studi di fattibilità fino all'ottenimento dei permessi e alla preparazione della costruzione.Principali responsabilità:Identificare, valutare e assicurare siti idonei per lo sviluppo di progetti rinnovabili.Gestire i processi autorizzativi e ambientali in conformità con la normativa italiana.Coordinare le relazioni con proprietari terrieri, enti locali e gestori di rete.Supervisionare consulenti interni ed esterni per garantire l'avanzamento dei progetti.Supportare le negoziazioni commerciali e la strutturazione dei contratti.Contribuire alla pianificazione strategica e all'espansione del portafoglio in Italia.Il Profilo:Il candidato ideale possiede:Laurea in Ingegneria, Scienze Ambientali o disciplina affine.Almeno 4 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo di progetti rinnovabili su scala utility (eolico, fotovoltaico e/o BESS).Comprovata esperienza nella gestione di progetti fino alla fase di autorizzazione e costruzione.Ottima conoscenza dei processi di pianificazione, connessione alla rete e delle normative ambientali italiane.Spiccate capacità di gestione degli stakeholder e abilità negoziali.Padronanza dell'italiano e dell'inglese, parlato e scritto.La posizione offre reali prospettive di crescita fino al ruolo di Head of Development , in linea con l'espansione dell'organizzazione sul mercato italiano.Per ulteriori informazioni o per una conversazione riservata, contattare:#J-*****-Ljbffr
