You will work for Annax, a Wabtec site specialized in passenger information systems for long and short distance trains, trams and subways.How will you make a difference?As a Software Project Manager, you will drive end-to-end delivery of software projects for Wabtec's Passenger Information Systems, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, business goals, technical standards, budget and deadlinesWhat will your typical day look like?Lead and motivate software development teams and facilitate communication between developers, testers, QA and other stakeholdersPlan, coordinate, and oversee deliverables with internal teams and stakeholdersDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocationEnsure project budget and cost efficiency targets are metManage project requirements, scope, and change management issuesIdentify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies and manage issues proactivelyApplication of modern system and software development methods in the context of project management and further development of existing processesParticipating in the negotiation of contracts, contract changes, specifications, milestone schedulingBuilding trusting customer relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction through regular, binding communication and presentation of project resultsWhat do we want to know about you?Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field+4 years of experience in Software Project ManagementProfessional knowledge of English and ItalianExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA, etc.)Availability to travel internationallyWhat do we offer?Smart working: 2 days per weekTraining and professional development opportunitiesBenefits, including: flexible hours, canteen, welfare platform, accident insurance, tax assistance, and electric car chargingLegal authorization to work in EU is required.We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.Please note that we do not accept agency candidate submissions without a formalized agreement with Wabtec Talent Acquisition.If you are an agency/third party Recruiter and have not been engaged by Wabtec for this search, we do not owe you a fee if you submit a candidate to the applicant tracking system that is ultimately hired.#J-*****-Ljbffr
