Job Description Based in Milan or Rome, as an Underwriting Governance Specialist within the Reinsurance & Governance function you will assist and support GC&C Italy Underwriting in properly satisfy compliance, governance and responsible applicable regulatory framework while contributing to the successful achievement of the underwriting business strategy and targets.Main responsibilities / tasksassist and support GC&CI's Lobs in performing the underwriting activities in compliance with internal and external applicable regulations and guidelines including related parties, data protection, international sanctions, governance, internal audit, distribution agreements, facultative reinsurance and responsible underwritingprovide, manage and analyse the required compliance and governance reporting activitiesbeing a proactive GC&CI Underwriting's point of reference for all the Compliance, Audit and Governance Company / Group's functions and activitiesanalyse, monitor, update and, when required, transpose and implement relevant Company's regulations, guidelines and operating proceduresRequirementsbachelor's or master's degree in Law or Economicsat least five years of previous experience as compliance or underwriting governance specialist in P&C Insurance environment with a tangible familiarity with the Corporate and Commercial segmentfluent in English (minimum B2 level) and Italianstrong ability to work in teamexcellent communication and relationship skillsexcellent organization and time managementgood command of main IT packages (Office, MS Teams, Co-pilot)Company ProfileGenerali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.Over almost 200 years, we have built a multinational Group that is present in more than 60 countries, with 470 companies and nearly 80,000 employees.Our Group aims to become the standard bearer and industry leader in the European retail insurance market, building on our existing base of 50 million retail clients, out of an overall total of 72 million.#J-*****-Ljbffr
