Freelance Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist (Italian) About Us Avea is a pioneering dietary supplement company committed to promoting longevity and wellbeing.Beyond our innovative supplements from our Swiss R&D, we're expanding our reach into the digital health landscape, developing personalised coaching and lifestyle management solutions.Join us as we shape the emerging longevity space, fostering healthier, longer lives.Scope of the roleAs a Freelance Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be a vital member of our Growth team and responsible for building strong relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors across Europe, particularly within Italian-speaking markets.If you are passionate about health, wellness, and longevity, and excited to work in a fast-paced, science-driven environment, this role is perfect for you.Fluency in Italian and English language written and spoken is required for this role.What will you doIdentify and recruit influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors in the health, wellness, beauty, and longevity niches.Manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors in the same niches.Develop and coordinate influencer marketing campaigns from outreach to contract negotiation, content briefing, and reporting.Support the creative team in the development of influencer content aligned with Avea's premium and science-backed positioning.Monitor influencer content to ensure quality and brand compliance.Analyze and report on influencer campaign performance, providing insights and optimisation suggestions.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging talents, and new platforms.Support cross-functional initiatives across paid social, partnerships, and community-building efforts.What we are looking forBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a science-related field (preferred: biology, nutrition, health sciences).1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or social media (including internships).Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); French is an advantage.Demonstrated organisational and project management abilities.Creativity, proactivity, and self-motivation.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.A strong passion for health, wellness, science, and longevity.Ability to work with metrics and drive tangible results.Contract Type:This position is available under a B2B (freelance/contractor) agreement.#J-*****-Ljbffr
