Cloud Operations Architect , AWS Enterprise Support CEEJob ID : | AWS EMEA SARL (Poland Branch)An AWS Cloud Operations Architect is a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect for our Enterprise Support customers.As a trusted advisor you'll have a direct impact in helping our customers gain the most value from cloud technology.You'll craft and execute strategies to drive our customers' adoption and use of AWS services.This includes a range of products including EC2, S3, DynamoDB & RDS databases, Lambda, CloudFront CDN, IoT and many more.Our Cloud Operations Architects partner with some of the most iconic businesses in the country.These range from rising startups building their business from scratch through to large enterprises going through significant transformation.You'll provide advice on architecture, support strategy, project, and launch planning as well as ongoing operational issues.AWS Global Services includes experts from across AWS who help our customers design, build, operate, and secure their cloud environments.Customers innovate with AWS Professional Services, upskill with AWS Training and Certification, optimize with AWS Support and Managed Services, and meet objectives with AWS Security Assurance Services.Our expertise and emerging technologies include AWS Partners, AWS Sovereign Cloud, AWS International Product, and the Generative AI Innovation Center.You'll join a diverse team of technical experts in dozens of countries who help customers achieve more with the AWS cloud.Key job responsibilitiesYou'll build solutions, provide technical guidance and advocate for the customerEnsure AWS environments remain operationally healthy whilst reducing cost and complexityDevelop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challengesUsing your technical acumen and customer obsession, you'll drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk managementConsult with a range of partners from developers through to C-suite executivesCollaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account ManagersWith a bias for action, you'll proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWSProvide detailed reviews of service disruptions, monthly & quarterly metrics, detailed pre-launch planningSolve a variety of problems across different customers as they migrate their workloads to the cloudUplift customer capabilities by running workshops, immersion days, etc.The minimum base pay salary for this position is listed below.As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include further pay components such as a sign on payment and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA.Your recruiting team will share final base pay and any applicable total compensation elements depending on skills and requirements.Company discretionary, supplementary benefits apply subject to further terms, including pension plans, health insurance, life and disability insurance, business travel insurance, troubleshooting for three (3) of the following : compute / storage / networking / CDN / databases / DevOps / big data and analytics / security / applications development in a distributed systems environmentExperience in technical engineeringFluency in Russian languagePreferred QualificationsExperience with AWS services or other cloud offeringsExperience in internal enterprise or external
