Business Area: Mktg, Market Access, Bus.Excellence & Med.AffairJob Type: Direct EmployeeContract Type: Permanent/Location: Chiesi Offices in Europe, ITAbout UsBased in Parma, Italy, Chiesi is an international research-focused pharmaceutical and healthcare group with over 85 years' experience, operating in 31 countries with more than 7,000 employees.We have been awarded B Corp Certification, a recognition of high social and environmental standards.PurposeReporting to the Vice President Pipeline Development AIR, the Launch Excellence Lead AIR will create, refine and manage cross-functional processes and tools to enable industry and class-leading launches for Phase 3 assets and new indications, with Chiesi's focus on patient, innovation and agility.Main Responsibilities- Create and manage a consistent and robust launch process and governance (pre-launch, launch and hyper-care post-launch).- Establish a standardized launch readiness approach across brands, leveraging existing best practices or creating new ones.- Define key performance indicators, establish reporting dashboards and cadence.- Collaborate with regional business partners and coordinate launch readiness review assessments.- Work with key program/brand stakeholders to ensure completion of launch readiness tasks.- Integrate launch readiness into existing strategy, brand and financial planning processes and deliverables.- Work with internal stakeholders to identify and implement key enabling tools.Experience Required- 7+ years proven experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives in a commercialization environment.- Demonstrated success in commercial planning and launching products.- Experience managing competing priorities and ensuring timely delivery of project tasks.- Experience in pre-launch or launch excellence processes preferred.- Global experience preferred.- Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles.- Exceptional skills with Smartsheet, MS Project, Visio and MS Office Suite.EducationBachelor's degree required; MBA and/or PMI certification strongly desired.Soft Skills- Ability to navigate complexity and reconcile different ways of working.- Clear, concise communication skills.- Able to influence and build strong partnerships.- Able to thrive in a highly dynamic, fast-paced global environment.LocationThe role can be based within the European Union in countries where Chiesi has a legal entity, with estimated travel approximately at 10% of the time.What we offerYou would join a dynamic, fast-growing, challenging and friendly environment.We firmly believe that our people are our most valuable asset, and we invest in continuous training, learning and development.We strive to continuously promote and satisfy development needs, paying particular attention to the quality of our working environment and collective well-being.We want our people to come to work happy every day, and we offer flexible working approach, remote working, support in the relocation process, tax assistance service for foreign colleagues and many other people-care services.#J-*****-Ljbffr
