Stage Collection Merchandising Sneaker – InternGolden Goose is a journey of love and authenticity that blends tradition and innovation to create timeless, one-of-a-kind sneakers.The Sneaker Collection Merchandising Department is located in Milan and seeks a Sneaker Collection Merchandising Intern to support product lifecycle management from market research to launch.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport the Merchandising team in preparing reports and presentations.Analyze sales data to identify trends and evaluate product performance through sell-thru, sell-in, sell-out, best-sellers, and provide actionable insights for merchandising decisions.Assist during the pricing phase, preparing the selling campaign.Deliver PowerPoint presentations and manage specific meetings for sketch review, prototype review, and collection presentation.Help with inventory planning and stock analysis.Analyze market trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences to support merchandising strategies.Collaborate with the product development team on product development activities.Key RequirementsCurrently pursuing a degree in Merchandising, Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.Fluent in Italian and English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong teamwork, analytical skills, and attention to detail.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.Strong passion for merchandising and the footwear/fashion industry.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and problem-solving attitude.Offer6-month full-time, in-person internship.Expense reimbursement.Free breakfast, snacks, fruits, and lunch.Job DetailsSeniority level:InternshipEmployment type:Full-timeJob function:Accounting/Auditing and FinanceIndustry:Retail Apparel and FashionWe are an equal-opportunity employer and passionately believe that our strength lies in people.We encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.#J-*****-Ljbffr
