Kia is, together with its sister brand Hyundai, the fifth-largest automotive company in the world.Since its foundation in ****, Kia has been a significant player in the booming automotive industry, not only in South Korea but worldwide.People drive KIA cars in about 180 countries.At Kia, the best and brightest employees contribute their different perspectives and knowledge to innovative and creative mobility solutions.The company fully supports its workers through policies that outline clear goals that include a free and creative working environment.We offer all-out support to realise a creative corporate culture, one in which people can lead a happy work-life balance.We are looking for an experienced professional to providespecialised, temporary supportin managing B2B events and sponsorship programs.The goal is to bring in external expertise to strengthen our brand experience initiatives and transfer best practices to our internal team.Purpose of the AssignmentDeliver end-to-end planning and execution of business events and sponsorship activities, while sharing know-how and actionable insights to enhance our internal capabilities.The focus is on maximising brand visibility and creating high-impact networking opportunities.Key ActivitiesPlan and manage business events(conferences, workshops, trade shows): oversee logistics, suppliers, and on-site operations.Coordinate sponsors and partners : handle negotiations, confirm deliverables, and ensure agreed visibility.Collaborate with the marketing teamto integrate sponsorship activities into campaigns and promotional materials.Monitor and report the performance ofevents and sponsorships, providing recommendations for improvement.Manage communicationsbefore and after events (invitations, promotional content, follow-up emails).ProfileDegree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.Proven experience inevent organisation and sponsorship management , ideally in B2B environments.Proficiency inMS Office , especially Excel.Fluent English; good command of Italian.Strong understanding of marketing and communication strategies.Negotiation skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.Familiarity with digital tools and social media for event promotion.Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.Flexible, independent, and collaborative.Contract TermsThis is a12-month freelance engagement , with anexclusivity commitmentto ensure a strong and dedicated partnership with our company.LocationKia Italia Head Office is based in the Pharo building in Milan, strategically located between Portello and CityLife in a vibrant, service-rich area.Pharo is a symbol of sustainability, featuring energy and water efficiency, reduced CO2 emissions, and high-quality indoor environments, earning the prestigious LEED Platinum certification.This alignment with sustainability underscores our dedication to a greener future, which is a core value of our company and is embodied in our headquarters.If you're interested in becoming part of our Kia team, please apply via our online portal.We are looking forward to getting to know you.The offer is addressed to people of both genders in compliance with Legislative Decree n.********.The interested candidates should send a detailed resume providing explicit authorisation of Personal Data Treatment (GDPR - Regulation EU ********).We also recommend mentioning whether a work permit/visa to live and work in the country of recruitment is required.#J-*****-Ljbffr
