Bennet è alla ricerca di un Retail Media Manager da inserire nell'Ufficio Marketing della sede centrale di Montano Lucino (Como).La figura gestirà la strategia e le operazioni Retail Media, contribuendo alla costruzione del nuovo canale Retail Media, supportando la crescita del team dedicato e garantendo l'efficacia delle attività con i seguenti obiettivi:Costruzione della rete ed acquisizione di nuovi clienti : definire e realizzare tutti i touch point fisici e digitali del progetto Retail Media, contribuendo a creare nuove opportunità di valore ed alla crescita del canale.Gestione delle campagne e delle performance : coordinare le operations di attivazione delle campagne, monitoraggio dei KPI e costruzione delle reportistiche, gestione e valorizzazione dei dati con obiettivi di monetizzazione.Il candidato ideale è in possesso di laurea in discipline economiche, marketing, comunicazione digitale e possiede da 5 a 7 anni di esperienza nel marketing digitale, media planning, gestione campagne in ambito retail/FMCG. E' un project manager proattivo ed innovativo, orientato alle tendenze del mondo Retail Media e con spiccata attitudine al problem solving.Conosce ed utilizza le principali piattaforme Ad Tech e Mar Tech, gli strumenti di CRM, loyalty e padroneggia tool di BI.
