Senior Tender Specialist – Cepheid Join Cepheid, a Danaher company dedicated to improving health care through fast and accurate diagnostic testing. This role focuses on managing tenders and contracts in Italy, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely submission of tender documents. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit all tender responses for Italy, ensuring alignment with the commercial strategy and on-time delivery. Process contract requests per policy guidelines, obtain approvals, and maintain an accurate contract repository in Salesforce. Create and follow up on Service and Rental contracts. Maintain accurate customer pricing in the ERP and manage annual price renewals. Collaborate with Order Management to analyze and resolve pricing disputes and contract issues. Essential Requirements More than 5 years of experience managing tenders and contracts in Italy. Fluency in Italian and English. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Preferred Experience Experience with SAP and CRM systems such as SFDC. Experience in the medical industry. Degree in Law. Background in Order Management activities.
