Domain Specialist – Specialistica Ambulatoriale Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Domain Specialist da inserire nel nostro team Healthcare presso la sede di Milano per realizzare progetti di trasformazione in ambito sanitario.Il ruolo focalizzato sullo specifico ambito degli applicativi amministrativi a supporto della gestione dell'offerta di prestazioni di specialistica ambulatoriale nelle Aziende Sanitarie , prevede un coinvolgimento diretto all'interno di progetti focalizzati su digitalizzazione ed efficientamento dei processi e riprogettazione dei servizi a contatto diretto con i decisori e i gestori ultimi dell'offerta.Cosa farai Parteciperai alla ridefinizione e avvio di innovativi progetti destinati a rivisitare i processi di offerta Fornirai supporto diretto agli attori che definiscono la governance dei sistemi informativi Fornirai competenza ed esperienza agli interlocutori coinvolti nei progetti in cui darai supporto Requisiti: Laurea magistrale preferenzialmente in Ingegneria, sono graditi percorsi di laurea anche in Economia, Matematica e Fisica.Esperienza di dominio; Esperienza inanalisi funzionale e documentazione tecnica; Esperienza insistemi informativi sanitari (ambulatoriale/CUP) Metodologie e tecniche di BPM e BPR Metodologie e tecniche per la rilevazione dei requisiti Esperienza in analisi funzionale e documentazione tecnica Metodologie e strumenti di project management Metodologia di analisi e disegno Object Oriented con UML Analisi dati Conoscenza dei processi sanitari di prenotazione ed erogazione Costituisce un Plus: esperienza pregressa come analista nell'ambito sanitario e/o conoscenza di strumenti SQL Completano il profilo entusiasmo, problem solving e buone capacità relazionali.Altre informazioni Modalità di Lavoro: in presenza, con possibilità di smart working da concordare Orario di lavoro: Full Time (Lunedì-Venerdì) Cosa offriamo Contratto a tempo indeterminato Retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza Ambiente di lavoro stimolante e innovativo , orientato alla crescita professionale Formazione e certificazioni tecniche Laptop aziendale Assicurazione sanitaria Orario flessibile ??
