Senior Operations Manager ERP & Special Projects and InitiativesEUR ****************Senior Operations Manager ERP & Special Projects and InitiativesFlorenceDo you have the energy and expertise to shape and drive operational excellence for an innovative energy technology companyMake a significant impactThe Senior Operations Manager ERP & Special Projects and Initiatives will lead and be strategically focused on optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes through ERP systems and digital transformation. This role is critical in driving operational excellence ensuring seamless integration of ERP platforms (SAP Oracle etc.) and aligning global supply chain processes with organizational goals. The position combines leadership in ERP governance process standardization and advanced technology adoption to enable a resilient data-driven supply chain.As our Senior Operations Manager you will also be responsible for:Leading and managing complex operations projects and initiatives from concept through to execution ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.Collaborating with global and regional stakeholders to identify, prioritise and implement high-impact process improvements and technology upgrades.Defining and executing ERP roadmap for Supply Chain ensuring alignment with global standards and business objectives.Driving ERP system enhancements, upgrades and de-customisation strategies to reduce complexity and improve scalability including cloud migration projects and integration of emerging technologies (AI RPA IoT) into ERP-driven supply chain operations.Facilitating effective communication and alignment across functions such as Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Commercial to deliver holistic solutions.Championing a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement leveraging data-driven insights and innovative problem-solving techniques.Driving user adoption through training, communication and continuous improvement programmes.Acting as a liaison between business and technical teams for ERP-related projects and issue resolution.Monitoring project risks, developing mitigation strategies and ensuring all initiatives adhere to compliance and safety standards.To be successful in this role you will have:Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Management, Business or a related field.Extensive experience managing manufacturing projects and initiatives.ERP Expertise: deep understanding of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle) and their supply chain modules.Successful track record supporting and leading cross-functional teams in a global environment.Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) highly desirable.Exposure to new industry tools for automation and AI for complex process management highly desirable.Proven ability to deliver results in dynamic and complex organisational global settings.We also valueStrategic Vision: ability to align ERP initiatives with long-term supply chain and business objectives.Cross-functional Experience: strong exposure to manufacturing and supporting functions (e.g. Supply Chain, Quality, Finance) with the ability to connect processes and drive end-to-end solutions.Innovation Mindset: passion for leveraging technology to transform traditional supply chain processes.Adaptability: comfortable navigating complex ERP landscapes and evolving business priorities.Communication & Influence: excellent communication skills both oral and written with a proven ability to engage stakeholders and influence outcomes across all organisational levels.Work in a way that works for youWe recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
