ConsultantsThis is your chance to represent and sell the next generation of AI-driven HCM solutions.Through interactive pre-sales demonstrations, you will not only analyze an organization's environment but also articulate a vision of the "Future of Work."You will propose how Workday's Enterprise Services—can solve complex business concerns and drive efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesArticulate a Vision: Transform an organization's current environment into a tangible vision of the "Future of Work" through interactive demonstrations.Solve Complex Challenges: Propose how Workday's AI Platform for HR and Agents solve critical business concerns and drive massive operational efficiency.Lead with Innovation: Help customers achieve real-world results through constant technological evolution.Discovery & Strategy: Analyze prospect requirements to create tailored demonstrations that highlight Workday's differentiators, specifically focusing on the value of Machine Learning, Generative and Agentic AI in HR processes.Advanced Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations of the full HCM suite highlighting the technological advantage and handling objections with confidenceAI Evangelism: Articulate the business value of Workday's "Trustworthy AI" approach, explaining how it enhances decision-making, reduces bias, and automates administrative burdens without compromising security.Collaborative Sales: Partner with Account Executives, Value Managers and Service Executives to build the business case for transformation.Market Insight: Stay updated on Workday's latest acquisitions and AI roadmap to effectively compete against other vendors in the Spanish market.Experience/Skills/EducationPre-Sales Experience: Minimum 3-4 years experience in a Pre-Sales / Sales Consulting role (SaaS preferred or AI Platforms).Domain Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of Human Capital ManagementAI & Tech Savviness: Strong understanding of how Artificial Intelligence, ML, apply to Enterprise Platforms and Software.Familiarity with the concepts of Agentic AI, Orchestrations and Generative AI usage in enterprise environments is highly desired.Communication: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Italian and English.Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for C-Level business audiences.Agility: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple complex sales cycles, and adapt quickly to new product features and acquisitions.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or
