Site Planning Manager – Ref.JOB-****OverviewWant to contribute to a large-scale industrial project aimed at reducing carbon emissions?Join an international team in Rozenburg as a Site Planning Manager on a project combining greenfield and brownfield works within an EPC contract.Currently in the construction phase, you will be responsible for on-site planning in close collaboration with technical and project teams.A key role in a dynamic, multicultural, and demanding environment.Autonomy, rigor, and leadership are essential to structure and monitor the execution of this strategic project for the energy transition.Your MissionsDevelop the site baseline scheduleIntegrate all stakeholders' activities (internal & external) into the overall scheduleCoordinate with technical disciplines to ensure consistency in dates, durations, dependencies, and task weightingIdentify the critical path and potential schedule risks; propose mitigation strategiesUpdate the schedule monthly, including actual progress and future forecastsProduce progress reports, delay analyses, alerts, and look-ahead planningActively participate in project meetings, coordination reviews, and execution strategy sessionsWork closely with the Project Manager and discipline engineersProvide clear visibility on key milestones, deadlines, and schedule performance indicatorsYour ExperienceProven experience in planning management on EPC industrial projects, specifically during the construction phaseFull autonomy on site as the sole site planner, supported by a back-office planning teamRegular practice in both greenfield and brownfield environmentsYour ProfileEngineering degree or equivalent10 to 15 years of experience on large-scale industrial projectsMastery of Primavera P6 (mandatory)Strong command of English (international working environment)Knowledge of Google Sheets is a plusKey soft skills: proactivity, clear communication, analytical mindset, and technical curiosityYour CommitmentAsSite Planning Manager, you are not only an experienced professional—you are also committed to delivering your projects with the lowest possible environmental impact, identifying cost-effective solutions to reduce the project's carbon footprint and minimize disruption to the local environment.About Aldebaran GroupAldebaran Group operates in the energy and infrastructure sectors, supporting clients in France and internationally.We assist those who are committed to reducing their carbon and environmental impact, striving to reach net-zero emissions as early as possible.To that end, we recruit the best engineers and project managers who will help our clients move in that direction.This commitment is not limited to environmental specialists — we seek all talents who consider net-zero as a core value in how they approach their work.#J-*****-Ljbffr
