Collaboriamo con clienti di alto profilo, tra cui fondi di private equity, aziende industriali e istituzioni pubbliche.ResponsabilitàDurante lo stage, supporterai il team nelle seguenti attività:Analisi e modellazione finanziariaPreparazione di materiali per presentazioni e pitch bookSupporto nella redazione di documenti transazionali (Information Memorandum, Teaser)Analisi di mercatoRicerca di potenziali target o acquirentiPartecipazione a processi buy/sell side live in affiancamento al resto del teamRequisitiLaurea magistrale in Economia o Finanza (in corso o appena conclusa)Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft OfficeConoscenza dei principali metodi di valutazione aziendalePadronanza dell'inglese, scritto e parlatoDurata6 mesiRetribuzioneEuro ***** mensili
